I’m Shaleena Chowdhary;

a devoted wife, proud mummy to my little boy Dylan, and passionate advocate for wellbeing and personal growth.

By day, I serve as Deputy Head of an SEN school, supporting children with special educational needs and their families. Beyond education, I’m also an author, sharing words of comfort and encouragement through my book 365 Ways I Love You: Words of Love for New Mothers.


My journey into wellbeing began with my love for yoga and meditation. I’m a UK Ambassador Meditation Instructor certified by the Chopra Center, and I hold a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Accreditation from the World Peace Yoga Centre in Rishikesh, India.



I’m also NLP accredited with Strategic Brain, and hold a BA in Language, Literacy & Communications, which has shaped both my teaching and writing.





At the heart of everything I do is a desire to nurture, empower, and uplift, whether through education, words, or mindful practices.
